Builders Honored For Trigg Historical Society Railroad Exhibit

The men responsible for building the Cadiz Railroad exhibit, part of the Trigg County History Museum’s permanent exhibits, were honored for bringing history back to life.

Historical Society President Bob Brame presented plaques to Gus Puth and Ed Smith who spent the past year and a half recreating the Cadiz Railroad that traces the history from the beginning in downtown Cadiz to the end at Gracey.

click to download audioThe Cadiz Railroad exhibit and the Between the Rivers story are located on the second floor of the Trigg County History Museum. The museum is open for visitors by appointment, with plans to have regular weekend hours in the spring.
