A Hopkinsville woman was charged with giving officers false information on West 7th Street in Hopkinsville Thursday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say they were called to 24/7 laundry for a woman who was trespassing and located 48-year-old Meloney Matney and when she was asked her name she gave officers a false name, date of birth, and social security number.
She was arrested and charged with theft of identity and giving officer’s false identifying information.
