Hopkinsville Police say they stopped a vehicle for an expired registration plate and speeding and the passenger 34-year-old Nolan Maskall was very nervous and gave a false name and date of birth to officers.

He was found to have a warrant for contempt of court and non-payment of court costs. Police say after arriving at the jail Maskall was found to have a bag of meth on him.
