Tyron Holt’s Case Continued To Early December

In the matter of Gailon Toler’s May 2022 shooting death, some clarity should come this winter.

During Wednesday’s docket of Christian County Circuit Court, Tyron Holt appeared before Judge Andrew Self — someone who noted it’s been “difficult” to get both Holt and another Clarksville defendant, Omega Plaisme, in the courtroom together.

Jarrod Jackson, Holt’s attorney, said a large amount of discovery still remains under wraps. And it’s something he and new Commonwealth’s Attorney Maureen Leamy hope to change soon.

Self set Holt’s next appearance for 1 PM December 6.

In late October, Brandi Jones made her first appearance with Plaisme, following a conflict from Attorney Chris Woodall. Jones, however, has also informed the court of her own possible conflicts.

Holt, meanwhile, had a December trial date because he was arrested more than a year prior to Plaisme, but that’s seeming less likely to convene with time outrunning the calendar.

According to police, Toler was shot multiple times outside of his Tyler Street, Oak Grove mobile home.
