A Hopkinsville man was arrested on a warrant Saturday morning in connection to a burglary that happened in Elkton on May 17th.
Hopkinsville Police say 18-year-old Jayden Drake was arrested on a warrant stating on May 17th he entered a home on Marion Street in Elkton and stole items then hid them under a vehicle.
He was reportedly located by Hopkinsville Police on Lafayette Road in a woodline after a report of him shoplifting items from Huck’s gas station.
He was arrested on the warrant for second-degree burglary out of Todd County and charged with theft by unlawful taking in Hopkinsville.
