A Hopkinsville man was taken to the hospital after a wreck on Brown Street in Hopkinsville Saturday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say a mail truck driven by 22-year-old Elijah Ramey was turning onto Brown Street from East 2nd Street and hit a dumpster causing minor damage to the vehicle. When authorities arrived he was reportedly in and out of consciousness. He was treated and transported by Hopkinsville EMS to Jennie Stuart Health.
The crash happened just after 5 p.m.
