Man Charged With Breaking Into Ex-wife’s Home

A Hopkinsville man was charged with burglary after he reportedly broke into his ex-wife’s house on North Sunset Circle Saturday night.

Hopkinsville Police say 36-year-old Joshua King damaged the front door and garage door of the home while being armed with a box cutter.

He allegedly threatened to harm everyone inside the home as he was breaking into the home.

He was arrested and charged with second-degree burglary, first-degree criminal mischief, third-degree terroristic threatening, and alcohol intoxication in a public place.
