Work to extend fiber optic internet availability to all customers served by Pennyrile Electric is continuing to ramp up through the partnership with HES and Energynet.
Brent Gilkey with Pennyrile Electric was joined by HES’ Richard Shaw to discuss the next phase of the buildout that will provide fiber service. Gilkey says having fiber optic service at all of the Pennyrile Electric substations gave them a starting point.
