UPDATE: I-24 EB Restricted To One Lane in Livingston County

Livingston County 911 Dispatch reports the Interstate 24 westbound lanes are now open. Reports indicate the eastbound is restricted to one-lane near the 32 mile-marker in Livingston County at the site where a semi overturned.

Kentucky Transportation Cabinet District 1 spokesman Keith Todd says this is immediately at the KY 917/Stringtown Road Overpass just west of the I-24 Cumberland River Bridge.

It’s estimated the eastbound lane will be restricted until approximately 1:30 a.m., CDT.

Todd indicates he has received reports that I-24 eastbound traffic is moving slowly past the crash site with one lane open.

Both westbound lanes are reportedly open.
