A Hopkinsville woman was arrested on a warrant for theft of a firearm on East 1st Street in Hopkinsville Saturday night.
Hopkinsville Police say 43-year-old Audrie Harris was charged after she admitted to having her former boyfriend’s gun in text messages and was given multiple opportunities to return the firearm but didn’t.
She was arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking.
