A Hopkinsville man was arrested on West 13th Street in Hopkinsville on several active warrants Sunday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say 49-year-old Darryl Dixon failed to comply when he could not be located at the address or the additional address he listed with the registry.
Dixon has a prior conviction for failure to register with the sex offender registry. He was also found to have four warrants for contempt of court.
He is charged with failure to comply with the sex offender registry second offense and four counts of contempt of court.
