A man was charged with trafficking drugs after a report of a reckless driver in Trigg County Saturday morning.
Trigg County Sheriff’s Deputy Gary Hicks says during the traffic stop Thomas Skinner was found to be in possession of 4 ounces of meth and several pills that are classified as narcotics in Kentucky.
He was arrested and charged with reckless driving, trafficking meth, first-degree possession of a controlled substance drug unspecified, and failure to notify address change to Department of Transportation.
