A Hopkinsville man was charged after he reportedly attempted to view child pornography Saturday morning.
Hopkinsville Police say 32-year-old Eric Ballard owned a cell phone with internet searches attempting to view juvenile females in sexually compromising photos.
He reportedly deleted messages and screenshots related to the investigation that was on a phone.
He is charged with tampering with physical evidence and attempted possession of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor.
