A mobile home on Lasters Avenue in Elkton was severely damaged in a fire Monday afternoon.
Elkton Firefighters say they were called to the home just before 4 pm and found heavy smoke and flames coming from the front door and windows. The fire caused severe damage to the kitchen and living room. No one was injured in the fire.
The American Red Cross was contacted to help the people living in the home. No information on what caused the fire has been released.
