COVID-19 has changed everything, including the annual Forgotten Angels Project in Hopkinsville.
Cindy Tabor from the Pennyrile Area Development District tells the News Edge the project started 14 years ago and has since spread to other areas across the state.
This year, the program is asking for some different items.
She adds there are a few changes with more information on their website.
