Hopkinsville Woman Charged With Child Abuse And Trafficking Meth

A Hopkinsville woman was charged with criminal child abuse and trafficking meth on Conference Center Drive Saturday night.

Hopkinsville Police say 39-year-old Danielle Pepper was found to have one ounce of meth, two grams of marijuana, three digital scales,  a handgun loaded with hollow-point ammunition, and a syringe.
 
Pepper’s 10-year-old son was also with her during the arrest. She is charged with possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, possession of marijuana, trafficking meth, and first-degree criminal abuse.
