A Hopkinsville woman was arrested on several warrants and drug charges after a traffic stop on Country Club Lane Tuesday night.
Hopkinsville Police say they went to a Fairview Drive home to locate 37-year-old Shannon Moorefield who had several warrants for failure to appear and probation violation.
While at the home police reportedly noticed her vehicle turn off Fairview Drive and onto Fair Court towards Country Club Lane and stopped her vehicle.
She was arrested on the warrants and after a search of the vehicle, police say they found a wallet under her seat containing a small baggie of meth and pills along with her credit card.
Moorefield is charged with possession of meth and tampering with physical evidence.
