An Elkton man was charged with sexual abuse of a child under the age of 12-years-old Friday afternoon.
Todd County Sheriff’s Deputies say a 30-year-old man forcefully took the victim’s pants off and touched their privates on more than one occasion in 2019.
The man is charged with two counts of first-degree sexual abuse.
