Coordinator Charles Turner said about 200 people came to the event and helped make Christmas cards and ornaments, and learned about safety.

He said children also enjoyed storytelling, holiday music, refreshments, and were able to visit and take a picture with Santa Claus.

Thanks to the Honorable Order of Kentucky Colonels and H&R Agri-Power, Jeffers Bend was received an early Christmas present — a Kubota Utility Vehicle.
