A Hopkinsville home was hit multiple times in a shooting on Means Avenue Saturday morning.

Hopkinsville Police Lt. Seth Meek said they were called to the area for a report of shots fired and found a home located at 141 Means Avenue hit three-times along with shell casings in the area.

Police say they talked with multiple people at a home in the area where a party was taking place and arrested 22-year-old Jerrica Coleman of Hopkinsville for second-degree disorderly conduct after she would not stop yelling obscenities at police.

24-year-old Jarvis Irby of Hopkinsville was also arrested on a warrant for failure to appear but it’s unknown if both arrests are connected to the shooting in any way.

No one was injured and police ask if you have any information about the shooting to call Crime Stoppers at 270-887-TIPS(8477).
