In the wake of Ebonite International’s abrupt closure Friday afternoon, area employers are announcing they have jobs available.
Brandon Killebrew with Huhtamaki reports they will be hosting a job fair Tuesday, November 19 from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM at their factory at 203 Commerce Court in Hopkinsville.
Comefri USA will accept applications from all employees that have lost their job with the closing of Ebonite.

Staff Management reports they are also looking for employees at Hydro-Gear in Princeton. Positions include Material Handler, Fork Truck Operator, Production Associates, and Tool Crib Attendant.
TreeHouse Foods also has job openings in Princeton.
Hopkinsville Mayor Carter Hendricks notes the West Kentucky Workforce Board will be working with several other companies to create job fairs and training opportunities, with more information expected to be released early next week.
