A man charged in connection to a murder on Calvin Drive four years ago appeared in Christian Circuit Court Wednesday after making a plea deal in the case.
Court officials say David Markle entered a guilty plea but mentally ill in the fatal shooting of Justin Fish in November 2015. The plea came with recommended sentence of 30-years.
Markle will be officially sentenced on January 8, 2020.
