Motorists traveling in Cadiz need to be aware a section of Main Street will be closed Wednesday to allow some clogged cross drains to be cleared of debris.
Officials with the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet say the road will be closed Wednesday from 8:15 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. between Line Street and Midway Street, just east of the Cadiz downtown business district.
Officials indicate there will not be a marked detour, however, passenger vehicles can self-detour via side streets. They say through truck traffic should travel U.S. 68 or another approved truck route.
