A Pembroke man was arrested after police say he failed to change his address with the sex offender registry Saturday night.
Hopkinsville Police say they were called to South Clay Street after 50-year-old Randolph Thomas got into an argument with his girlfriend.
As police talked with Thomas he reportedly told them the apartment was his and he paid the bills, when asked about updating his information with the sex offender registry he started telling police he didn’t live at the home.
He is charged with failure to comply with sex offender registry and failure to notify address change to Department of Transportation.
