AT&T employees in Hopkinsville, Princeton and other areas in Kentucky are joining more than 20,000 workers on strike.
The walkout began at midnight after continuing negotiations have failed to produce a new contract. Communication Workers of America members have accused AT&T of unfair labor practices. Negotiations have continued since the contract ran out August 3.
