A Miranda Road home was damaged in a fire early Wednesday morning.
Roaring Springs Fire Department Assistant Chief Bruce Moore told the News Edge at the scene they were able to keep the fire that started just before 4 a.m. contained to the laundry room.
The homeowner and his daughter were able to get out uninjured. The home is located at 78 Miranda Road.
