
A round of heavy snow late Sunday morning resulted in a number of traffic crashes in Christian and Todd Counties .
The National Weather Service says up to two inches of snow fell in Todd and Muhlenburg Counties, with snow blanketing much of the ground and leaving slush on roadways in Christian and Trigg Counties. The snow began to fall shortly after 11:00 and continued until around 2:00 in the afternoon.
The Christian County ECC reports there ten non-injury accidents and two crashes involving minor injuries. Trigg County ECC reports there were no wrecks in the county as the result of slushy roads. There were also some wrecks reported in north Todd and Muhlenberg Counties.
