The head chef and owner of Davinci Italian Restaurant is partnering with Novadell Steakhouse and will be serving up Italian food at the restaurant beginning next month.
A social media post says Chef Pavel Skorpil, who has over 35 years of restaurant experience, has purchased Joey Allen’s shares and will be the new Manager and Owner, along with David Barbee and Randy Arnold. The new name will be Davinci at Novadell, an Italian Restaurant and American Steakhouse.
Novadell Steakhouse will be closed from October 1 through October 22 in order to expand the restaurant kitchen and remodel the dining area. The new menu will include both Novadell’s steaks and Davinci’s Italian fare.
According to the post, Davinci on North Drive will remain open through October 19th for lunch and dinner, and Saturday, October 20th, for dinner. Beginning Tuesday, October 23rd, dinner will be served at the Davinci at Novadell location.
Davinci on North Drive will reportedly remain open for lunch for the foreseeable future. Hours of operation at the Italian restaurant on North Drive will be from 11:00 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. They will also continue to provide catering to the community.
Davinci at Novadell will be open Monday through Thursday from 4:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. Friday and Saturday. Novadell’s brunch will continue to be served from 10:30 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. every Sunday commencing October 28th.
