Firefighters responded to a call of a structure fire at 1910 South Main Street Thursday morning.
Upon arrival, Hopkinsville Fire Department Public Information Officer Captain Michael Pendleton says crews found a tree had fallen and burned the electrical meter as well as a possible HVAC motor that burned and caused smoke inside the residence.
No injuries were reported.
