Construction is beginning on a new Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins in Hopkinsville. The restaurant will be located in the former Taco Johns building, which closed in October 2017, located at 2525 Fort Campbell Boulevard in the Park Plaza.
A sign was placed in front of the restaurant Thursday that says “Coming Soon”. In a statement to the News Edge, Dunkin’ Brands Senior Manager of Public Relations Justin Drake says they are excited to be opening a new Dunkin’ Donuts/Baskin Robbins restaurant in Hopkinsville with their local franchisee. He indicates the new restaurant is planned to open this fall, and will serve Dunkin’ Donuts delicious ranges of coffees, frozen beverages, breakfast sandwiches, and baked goods, as well as Baskin-Robbins’ premium ice cream, milkshakes, custom ice cream cakes and ice cream sundaes. Drake says they are excited to serve the local community.
According to Christian County Clerk records, a deed from Taco Johns International transferred the property to CBG Hopkinsville Realty on June 14th.
