A Hopkinsville woman who was charged with DUI Thursday night was arrested again Monday after reportedly threatening to burn down an Oak Grove company.
Christian County Sheriff’s Deputies say 32-year-old Jessica Cates called law enforcement to tell them she was going to run a car through the fence at Keith’s Towing in Oak Grove after smoking a joint.
She reportedly wanted her vehicle back and said she would burn the place down.
Cates was arrested Thursday night after she was seen by Hopkinsville Police entering their parking lot and backing into a trailer before hitting a curb as she exited the lot.
She then crossed the road and hit a vehicle at the post office. Cates also hit a vehicle at Discount Liquors along with a fence.
Cates was charged with DUI Thursday and third-degree terroristic threatening Monday.
