The Hopkinsville Fire Department is making a big donation to the Pink Ribbon Network because of the community’s support. Lieutenant Michael Pendleton presented five ladies with a check from the Breast Cancer Awareness Fire Department shirts.
Pink Ribbon Network member Ann Isom says the money is put to great use.
Pendleton says this t-shirt was the fastest selling one they’ve designed in the five years of supporting the group.
The Pink Ribbon Network is a breast cancer support group that meets monthly at the First United Methodist Church. Isom says all who are battling the disease or have family battling the disease are welcome to join them.
