A Beaver Dam man incarcerated at the Christian County Jail was served a warrant charging him with numerous child pornography related offenses. The Christian County Sheriff's Office served the Ohio Court Indictment Warrant on 24-year old Stoy Bratcher around 3:00 Thursday afternoon.
Ohio County Judge Timothy Coleman issued the arrest warrant for charges of four counts of 2nd Degree Unlawful Transaction with a Minor, Use of a Minor Under 18 in a Sexual Performance, Promoting a Sexual Performance By a Minor, Possession of Matter Portraying a Sexual Performance, Distribution of Obscene Matter to Minors, Distribution of Matter Portraying Sexual Performance by a Minor, three counts of Prohibited Use of Electronic Computer System to Procure Minor, Persistent Felony Offender and several other similar charges.
