Some services will continue at Blanchfield Army Community Hospital at Fort Campbell, with other services cancelled. Hospital Commander Colonel Anthony McQueen says scheduled appointments, medical readiness, inpatient and emergency care are among the services that will continue.
Other continuing services include pharmacies, labs and radiology, follow-up and management of existing conditions. Continuning services also include scheduling of acute appointments for ongoing and follow-up care, medical care such as behavioral health, obstetrician and pediatrics and other services.
Curtailed services include elective medical and dental surgeries and procedures, unless the attending provider determines there is a threat to life and limb.
