A sixth candidate is committed to throwing his name in the hat for Christian County Sheriff. Chuck Inman was joined Friday night to start his official campaign. He says his background will be beneficial in making change at the Sheriffs Office.
He has previously run for the position, but feels this time is different.
Inman spent 8 years in the military and 21 years at the Hopkinsville Police Department. Most recently he was been working at Fortera Credit Union.
Inman says he will be filing Monday on the Republican ticket. He will face Tyler DeArmond in the May Primary. The winner will face the top Democratic candidate.
