Trent Haddock says it has been a dream of his to serve the citizens of Christian County and he can imagine no better way than to carry on a family legacy. Haddock officially filed to run for Circuit Clerk Thursday afternoon and then kicked of his campaign with the help of family and friends.
He says if voters elect him, he will view the position as a calling.
He also says he will advocate for better technology. Haddock credits his 13 and half years of work close to the Justice Department with preparing him for the job. He acknowledged the work of his father and grandfather.
Haddock says for voters who want change, he technically is that, and for those that want proven leadership, dependability, and dedication, he is that as well.
Haddock will appear on the Democratic May Primary ballot with candidate Paige Parker.
