Through November 1, participants across Todd County will create and display sculptures made of rolls, bales, or loose hay. All Todd County families, businesses and non-profit organizations are encouraged to participate by creating displays.

“We believe this will be the best year ever for the Bale Trail, as it is the perfect social distancing and family-friendly fall event,” said Tiffany Groves, Executive Director of the Todd County Chamber of Commerce.

Maps of all the displays will be available at the Todd County Welcome Center kiosk in Elkton, at various Todd County Chamber Member businesses, and online.

Cash prizes are awarded for “Most Creative,” in which a panel of judges will choose a winner from each of three categories: Private Residence, Business, and Non-Profit. Cash prizes will also be awarded for “Fan Favorite,” which will be voted on by the public on the Todd County Chamber of Commerce Facebook page on during October.
