The Trigg County Chamber of Commerce has named its new Director.
Chamber Board of Directors Chair Dustin Gilbert said that Tara Rhodes Hall will step into the position. Hall moved to Trigg County in early April after falling in love with the community through her previous role with the 400 Mile Sale.
Rhodes Hall’s experience comes after graduating with a degree from the University of Louisville, working with the Wilmore Business Association for seven years, and three years with the 400 Mile Sale.
New directors typically bring immediate changes, but Rhodes Hall said she is going to spend some time listening to Trigg County business owners.
Rhodes Hall’s new position is effective immediately, as she replaces Beth Sumner – who served as the chamber’s membership director. Sumner now serves as the Executive Director of the Cadiz-Trigg County Tourist and Convention Commission.
