Christian County Farm Bureau Thanks Legislators

Christian County Farm Bureau leaders are thanking local, area, state, and federal legislators for their continued willingness to listen to the needs of agriculture.

Christian County Farm Bureau President J. E. Pryor told legislators during the Legislative Appreciation Dinner at the Farm Bureau south office that the partnership continues to be strong between legislators and the county’s largest farm organization.

click to download audioAmong those making remarks during the legislative dinner were Senator Rand Paul’s representative Jason Hassart, Senator Mitch McConnell representative Morgan Alvey, Congressman James Comer’s representative Cory Elder, State Senator Whitney Westerfield, State Representative Myron Dossett, Hopkinsville Mayor Wendell Lynch, Magistrate and new Christian County Judge-Executive elect Jerry Gilliam and fourth district Magistrate Darrel Gustafson. Others on included State Representatives Walker Thomas and Jason Petrie, and magistrates Maggie Ferguson, Rich Leibe, and Mark Cansler.
