Several hundred children and their families descended upon the Cadiz downtown and their local businesses Monday night, to enjoy Halloween Safe Night 2022 within the friendly confines of Main Street.
Along with those ghosts and goblins, princes and princesses were hundreds of bags and boxes of candy — all to sustain someone’s sugar load for months on end.
