A wreck on Kentucky 272 in Christian County sent a woman to a Nashville hospital Friday afternoon.
Christian County Sheriff’s deputies say a car was westbound when the driver lost control and ran off the road into a ditch causing the vehicle to overturn several times before coming to a rest on its side.
The driver was taken to a waiting helicopter that flew her to a Nashville hospital. The extent of her injuries was unknown.
The crash happened just before 5 pm at the Christian and Trigg County line.
