Kentucky Lottery Powerball Jackpot Raised To $630 Million

The Kentucky Lottery is offering up some fun ways to play in the upcoming snow if you are the winner of Wednesday night’s Powerball jackpot.

Lottery Communications Specialist Sara Westerman said the current jackpot, an estimated $630 million, features a cash option of an estimated $448.4 million. She added this currently ranks as the 7th largest Powerball jackpot.

If you won the estimated jackpot, you’d be prepared for the winter weather:

* By purchasing 15,750 Ford Super Duty F-250 to get through the expected snow;

* Entertaining snowbound friends and family with 78,750 hot tubs;

* Using 1.26 million snow blowers to clear off driveways and sidewalks;

* Bundling up in 18 million cozy sherpa blankets;

* And having fun going down the hills of Kentucky with 31.5 million sleds.

Tickets for the Powerball drawing are $2 each and can be purchased at any Kentucky Lottery retailer or at kylottery.com. Wednesday night’s drawing will take place at approximately 10:00 (Central).

The Kentucky Lottery encourages responsible play, as the odds of winning the jackpot are about one in 292 million.
