The Christian County Agriculture Exposition Center has served as headquarters for a storm recovery team that is providing assistance in Christian and surrounding counties. Christian County Agriculture Extension Agent Matt Futtrell says a group of Amish and Mennonite Workers have called the facility home since shortly after the December 10 and 11 tornadoes.

click to download audioThe work team has assisted with cleaning up storm damage and rebuilding homes and other structures in the area that were damaged or destroyed by the tornadoes. The have also provided food and supplies for those impacted by the tornadoes.
