Trigg County’s Dylan Proffitt continues to excel on the motocross circuit after clinching a pair of AMA titles over the weekend in Illinois.
Proffitt has scored five consecutive top-three finishes in the Mid America MX Open Series with four of those wins.
After a successful career on the amateur circuit, Proffitt will be moving to the Mid South Cross Country Pro Racing Series in woods racing and motocross racing. He will have his first pro race at East Fork Creek in Monroe County this weekend.
