A Hopkinsville man was charged with rape after an investigation Tuesday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say the man engaged in non-consensual intercourse with a female on South Kentucky Avenue on September 30th after she used drugs and passed out.
He was arrested Tuesday and charged with first-degree rape.
