A Western Kentucky man will join the world stage Friday during the dedication of the World War One Memorial in Washington, DC.
Terry Hamby from Cadiz served as the Chairman of the Committee that oversaw the design and construction of the newest memorial in the nation’s capital. Hamby says this memorial was completed much faster than usual.
