Maybe cats really do have nine lives. Workers at West Kentucky Collision Center were recently working on a vehicle involved in a two-vehicle crash and discovered a cat had crawled into the engine bay and somehow survived.

Malcolm Pritchett, the owner of the Hopkinsville body shop, tells the News Edge the vehicle where the feline was, suffered severe damage to the left-hand side during the crash that occurred on a Friday.

Pritchett adds the cat scared shop technician John, and it was terrified.

The work then began to find the well-loved animal’s home.

Pritchett says the owner couldn’t believe his cat had been in the vehicle the entire time.

Bobo is recuperating and doing well at home and miraculously had no visible injuries from the incident.

Pritchett says he has never experienced anything like this in his career working on vehicles over the last 36 years.
