The Christian County Health Department has confirmed 47 new COVID-19 cases since Thursday.
Department spokeswoman Amanda Sweeney Brunt said there are 165 active COVID-19 cases in the county. Of the active cases, 106 are among the 22 to 59 age group, while 33 are 21 or younger. There are 26 active cases in adults 60 or older.
Since the pandemic began, Christian County has confirmed 6,658 total COVID-19 cases and 90 deaths.
