A Hopkinsville man was reportedly found shortly after taking an ATV Friday afternoon.
Hopkinsville Police say 31-year-old Lonnie Stewart took an ATV from the Hopkinsville Water Environment Authority on East 9th Street and was located at a gas station shortly after.
Police say after reviewing camera footage Stewart was identified as the person that took the ATV. He was found to have the keys to the vehicle and marijuana on him.
He reportedly took officers to the ATV that was parked near East 10th Street and Coleman Street.
Stewart is charged with theft by unlawful taking and possession of marijuana.
