Trigg County Grand Jury Indicts 14 People

The latest session of the Trigg County Grand Jury returned 14 felony indictments with eight involving the trafficking or possession of drugs.

41-year-old Jacob Cunningham of Cadiz was indicted on charges of two counts of Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Registration – First Offense and one count each of Assault – Fourth Degree; Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon; Resisting Arrest; and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

The charges stem from separate incidents in October and November of last year investigated by the Trigg County Sheriff’s Office.

29-year-old Keisha Stewart of Cadiz was indicted for two counts of Auto Theft and one count of Theft over $500.

25-year-old Jeffrey Blevins of Clarksville was indicted for Third-Degree Assault, Criminal Mischief, Resisting Arrest; First-Degree Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Possession of Marijuana in addition to numerous traffic offenses.

31-year-old Ethan Lucas and 24-year-old Loralee Stankus were both indicted on charges of Receiving Stolen Property under $10,000 and Endangering the Welfare of a Minor. Lucas was additionally charged with Possession of Marijuana and Drug Paraphernalia; and Possession of Burglary Tools.

41-year-old James Neel of Dawson Springs was indicted on charges of Second-Degree Assault; Trafficking in Marijuana, less than eight ounces; and Being a Persistent Felony Offender stemming from a November 6 incident investigated by Kentucky State Police.

31-year-old Paris Hendrix of Cadiz was indicted on a charge of Theft by Deception Under $10,000.

33-year-old Allison Hunter of Hopkinsville was indicted on a charge of First-Degree Unlawful Access to a Computer and Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card under $10,000.

26-year-old Christian Bradley of Orlinda, Tennessee was indicted for First-Degree Possession of Controlled Substance; Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, DUI; Possession of Marijuana and two counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Minor.

39-year-old Don Hendrix of Cadiz was indicted on charges that included a fourth offense of DUI; First-Degree Fleeing and Evading; Driving on a DUI Suspended License; and Possession of Marijuana.

22-year-old Julia Keller of Clarksville was indicted on charges that included Third-Degree Trafficking in a Controlled Substance; First-Degree Possession of a Controlled Substance; Possession of a Synthetic Drug; and Trafficking in a Legend Drug.

46-year-old Steven Lowe of Hopkinsville was indicted by the grand jury on charges that included First-Degree Trafficking in a Controlled Substance; First-Degree Possession of a Controlled Substance; Possession of Marijuana; and several traffic charges.

19-year-old Tyler Parker of Gracey was indicted on charges of First-Degree Wanton Endangerment and Third Degree Terroristic Threatening.
